If you are not collecting your child yourself, please ensure that the class teacher is informed. Regular and punctual attendance is essential if satisfactory progress is to be made. Please send a letter to school or telephone or email if your child is absent for any reason. If you are considering taking your annual holidays during term time please ask for the holiday form from the school office.

The doors are open at 9.00am to allow children into the building and to assist parents who need to take pupils to the Junior school. All doors are closed and locked at 9.15am.

Any children arriving after this time must be brought to the main school entrance from where a member of staff will accompany them to their classes. Each class has a fenced off area for the outdoor learning experiences of the pupils.

There are two gates to access the playground at each entrance and a gate at the far end of the field. The school woodland area is fenced and gated at each end.

At least two adults accompany pupils to the woods for Forest School activities and a mobile phone is taken with them in case of emergencies.
